I'll help you explore all the different options out there for managing your clientele. Trust me it doesn't take a fancy CRM to bring agents over if you know how to keep them organized. I have used just about all of them and I was pretty darn successful with my original excel spread sheet. I'll show you the importance of using a system that works for you. It so simple and yet one of the most important components to recruiting.
Understanding who the client is from the first conversation will set you up for success on what information to deliver. Every agent candidate is unique, you cant go off of a script. I'll teach you how to recognize the type of agent you'r talking to and how to slide in and out of conversations so smoothly that your candidate will give up all the information you want without being asked.
I will teach you how to never sound pushy or salesy. I hate that so much and I know you do too. But with my approach they will want to know what's being offered at your brokerage and then I will help you to devise a proposal they cannot refuse.
There is no reason to bring in a bunch of agents and throw them against the wall to see which ones will stick. Your brokerage is unique and will have its own unique culture, model, benefits and visions. It doesn't matter if you have 4 agents or 400, we need to define who you are, what your vision is and where you want to go and then we will get you there!
It took years to figure out how to do this and with my secret method you will be bringing in your own big fish in no time. I look forward to this part of our course and I think you will too.
Getting the big fish and keeping the big fish is the name of the game. I will teach you all about the honeymoon phase and the importance of keeping it going as long as possible. I will show you easy tried and true method that you can implement to keep agents happy and thriving at your brokerage- A happy agent is your best mouth piece for more agents wanting to come aboard. I will show you how to maximize this opportunity of having multiple agents follow after one good agent that you have recruited. exmple: we brought over 89 KW agents after getting the big fish and the rest just followed.
I will show you how to leverage the big fish in ways you never thought of. Also exploring several ways to entice your current agents in helping you in a referal program. We will find one that fits your model and it will help grow your business exponentially.
The easiest way to lose a potential candidate is by not having a smooth onboarding process- On the flip side, if you can take the fear out of the transition process for an agent by explaining your seamless onboarding process, well... they are much more likely to transition. I will help you devise, and/or improve your onboarding process.
